About Me

My passion for travel began at an early age, sparked by the family vacations we took every summer. We drove all over the United States, which fostered my love for this beautiful country. In reality, this entailed spending 9-10 hours a day riding in a cramped station wagon with my younger brother. I've been fortunate enough to travel to Europe, Hawaii, Israel, Russia and the Bahamas, just to name a few. The Mediterranean cruise I took with my family was one of the highlights of my life as we toured the Greek Islands and experienced the wonders of Pompeii. Now that I have children and grandchildren of my own, I am seeing the world through their eyes as we travel the world together. Disney is one of the family favorites. As gorgeous and exciting as each of these places are, there is nothing like experiencing them with family and friends. These are the stories that last a lifetime-the stories that never get old no matter how often they're told and only get funnier and maybe even a little exaggerated with the passage of time. These are the moments I would like to help you create with your loved ones, tailored to your specific wants and needs.

I will plan your trip with as much attention to detail as I would my own, curating a vacation that surprises you with adventure and unique experiences. My mission is to provide you with exceptional service and create a bucket list vacation beyond your wildest dreams. Let me eliminate the time and stress involved in having to plan your trip so you can just sit back and enjoy it!

I am a native Houstonian and live in Katy, Texas with my husband, Steve. I have two grown daughters and four beautiful grandchildren. I graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in communications and worked in advertising at The Houston Post newspaper until starting a family. After my children left for college, I returned to the workplace as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker. My favorite part of selling real estate was having the opportunity to make peoples' dreams come true. I have loved planning all our family trips and giving suggestions to friends who were planning trips of their own. Assisting you in writing the story between the pages of your passport would be such an honor! Let's begin creating your unique story now!

"Sandy and Doug, I was so happy you were able to go to Alaska! It sounds like you saw more animals than we did when we went years ago! Both of you really needed to get away after all you've been through this past year. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to help plan your trip! I look forward to hearing about your Fall Leaves trip in a couple of weeks! Warmest regards, Betty"

Fun trip with professional recommendations from Betty.
Reviewed By Fun Cousin - Katy, Tx | Traveled to Charleston | South Carolina | USA
Four retired cousins who all live in different cities planned on taking a fun lady’s trip. Betty helped us by assessing our expectations and researching destinations we would possibly enjoy. We chose Charleston, South Carolina after discussing the pros and cons of several different locations. Betty was very instrumental in organizing the trip and also very helpful in answering our questions and concerns. Our trip exceeded our expectations thanks to Betty’s knowledgeable and professional assistance. We felt as though we were working with a friend. We will definitely seek her assistance for future fun trips.

Best Girls Trip Ever!
Linda says: Veranda Vacations owned by Betty Tieman - Bosch is one of the best travel agencies you can use! If you are like me and hate to plan trips, she is the one to call. From the beginning of my adventure to the very end, including everything in between it went perfectly. Betty planned the trip totally with all of her travel experience and expertise and it was one of my very best trips ever. From the airlines, to the destination, the restaurants and activities, it was the best. She is also on call in case anything might happen to go wrong, so you don’t have to worry about anything like that either. Stress free, that is what a vacation means to me, and Betty delivered perfectly.
