Nancy Cowan has planned many trips on my behalf and, without exception, they have been top notch. She makes a point of understanding my preferences and needs, and makes sure she accommodates them, even if it is above and beyond the actual organized vacation tour. When things go awry regarding airline or other unforeseen glitches, she always responds by intervening on my behalf. Having someone with so much travel industry experience pays off when a need arises somewhere, anywhere, along the travel journey. My very best vacations have been planned by Nancy.

My husband and I have booked many trips, primarily cruises, through Nancy. Recently she handled a wonderful Viking cruise for us and five other couples. Superb work. Working with Nancy has been a delight over the years. She exhibits a very rare quality in the service business-she truly puts the customer FIRST. In all regards. We find her to be extremely knowledgeable of destinations, cruise lines, etc., and very much appreciate her insights, thoughts. She is very detail oriented, leaving nothing to chance. She always seems to find the best available rooms, at the best price, always aware of and taking advantage of any and all promotions available. Nancy is very timely following up on questions we may have, very thorough in her responses.

Finally, it is worth noting that we used to book our own trips, and felt we were pretty thorough. Then we enlisted Nancy to handle all of our travel needs. What an upgrade!!! She is a real asset to Travel Leaders. An indispensable asset to us.
