We were confused on what to do. We told Elizabeth Barrow all our desires (weather, distance, flying vs. driving, car rentals after we reached our location, type of travel) so many factors we needed to figure out, etc. etc.) Liz listened and understood our desires. She gave us solutions to all our inquiries and confusions. She was so patient as we changed our minds many times to make it fit. She would call us and help us, and problem solve with us. She was genuinly involved and excited for us, wanting to make this trip very specail for us. We are older and she worked hard for us to make our trip seamless and ever so much fun. Even got treasure bag of fun stuff that people on our River Cruize wanted, kept asking us where they could get them. She personalized these for our particular needs and fun. We cruized up the Snake and Columbia rivers with wonderful excursions, and treated like royalty on the River Boat. Food delicious, and staff just so fun and attentive. Elizabeth was just amazing in her attentivness in listening to our wants and needs and made sure it all happened. I highly recommend her if you want a friend to make your trip fabulous. She really does care and goes beyound the call of duty, just she wants your trip to be perfect.

I have had the pleasure of traveling with Liz and learning alongside her as a fellow travel agent. She is someone I trust not only as a travel companion, but also as a professional who takes care in planning thoughtful, well- organized trips for her clients. She brings a calm presence to any travel situation and also has an eye for the details that matter, whether it's finding smooth connections, comfortable accommodations, or practical local tips. Her clients are in good hands, and it shows in the way she handles each itinerary with care and professionalism. Traveling with her is easy and enjoyable, and I know that same steady dependability carries over into the work she does every day for her clients.

Elizabeth was so good at listening to me, hearing what I envisioned. As this was a family trip my three adult kids, their spouses and the 9 grandchildren had their visions as well. I could not thank Elizabeth enough for her patience and pulling it all together! Everyone had a great time and Elizabeth thought of so many things I hadn’t thought of ahead of time to make it a great trip for every one of us!

Our trip to French Polynesia was magical, and Liz was instrumental in making this trip happen for us! After a negative experience with another TA, we canceled our trip and decided to just book it ourselves; however I found Liz on Facebook and, after talking to her, decided to get in on her group. Liz went to bat for us (without me even asking her to) and got our cancellation fee (that we incurred from the first TA) credited back to us as a ship credit; she stayed in touch, she answered questions and got answers when she didn’t have them, and made sure we all had a Zoom call just to “meet” ahead if time. All of that was great, but then she presented us with amazing bags and personalized water bottles, that truly saved our trip (especially the bags!). The little details and caring responses that Liz provided really made it a special experience. I’d highly recommend Liz for any travel plans!

In planning stage everything went smoothly due to Elizabeth being knowledgeable and efficient in her presentation. Securing the proper documents for as first time to Europe traveler was completed with ease and organization by Elizabeth. With final payment now accomplished and secured by a great coverage insurance policy, I now await the next few months to enjoy the trip!
