Alaskan Cruise on Princess

Jill was on top of things! She reminded me about deadlines and gave me thorough information to pick the best excursions. She gave me the good and the bad so I was prepared for our trip and didn’t have any surprises! The chocolate covered strawberries and champagne was icing on the cake as we were celebrating our 15th annkversary!

Sister sister vacation

Jill is the best. We booked this trip as a graduation gift for my 2 daughters. We had all sorts of trouble with our arrival flight due to cancellations and bad weather. Jill was just a phone call away. She was able to help us stay in contact with Globus as to our arrival time changes. She was a huge help during a time that was pretty stressful. We were able to arrive and enjoy an amazing vacation.

The entire process of planning our trip was easy- We had a few places that we were looking into for vacation. Jill was able to select a few destinations and hotels for us to choose from that were 5 Stars. She also contacted the hotels and asked all of our questions- everything was all planned from our airport transfers to the hotel- to a warm welcoming at our hotel. This was a great experience for our family and friends!

Boston, Salem excursion and New England Cruise

Finally achieved a trip which I long dreamed of experiencing! Jill listened to each wish and request, then researched and gave suggestions which lead to a perfectly planned trip. Flights, land transportation, hotel and cruise ship were booked and flawless. Information regarding possible tour choices were easy to navigate. One land tour vendor had to cancel but she arranged a refund and backup suggestion which we enjoyed. I plan to enlist Jill for my next special trip.

1st time cruise for family of 4

Trying new things

Every year we went on vacation to Myrtle Beach. I always wanted to try something new, but it just seemed easier and less expensive to do the same old thing. But after talking to Jill Messer, I learned a few new things. First of all, travel agents are FREE! I had no idea. I also learned that it is way cheaper to book a cruise. Even better it is way easier when Jill does it for you!
Jill literally went above and beyond for us. Due to a personal situation, our dates and cruise lines had to change a few times. She was never annoyed. She made the whole process seamless and easy. We had a great time. Jill even gave us tips and tricks since it was our first time. We saved a ton of money and had a blast. I would recommend her to anybody.
