Amazing Trip to Disney

Karen was amazing from start to finish. She walked us through our trip every step of the way. Karen was there for any emergencies that arose, for example, when I thought I linked my family to the Disney app. but clearly I did not. She was on the phone with me at 7:00 in the morning making sure I was able to reserve the restaurants we wanted for sit down meals at Disney. As the trip got closer she gave amazing advice and great ideas to make sure our trip was enjoyable. I have a lot of allergies and Karen made sure I did not have to worry about anything, she took care of everything. I would highly recommend Karen for your next trip. I cannot wait to plan another trip with her.

One of the best vacations

My family has worked with Karen for years, on several family trips. She always goes above and beyond to ensure we have all the info to make the best trip decision. She follows up on all the small details that make trips wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable about places to stay. I wouldn’t plan a trip without going through Karen. Karen is just the BEST! She has so much knowledge about Disney and she doesn’t mind me talking her ear off for an hour asking questions. She is always there for me, email, text or by phone. She really makes me feel like I’m not bothering her ever and she’s SO happy to help in any way she can.
