As soon as we learned about a tour company's offering that would take us to the Amazon Rainforest, the Equator, and the Galapagos for under 2 weeks at a very very reasonably low price, Lisa grabbed it for us. She made it easy to get documents and provided updates so quickly, and made sure she understood our preferences aboard aircraft. The best part was the excellent and caring footwork Lisa provided when some changes were made by the tour company which they never updated in their official documentation to the participants. Lisa made sure that she and we understood the changes completely and she took great care and large amounts of time fielding our questions and getting clear documented updates from the tour company elsewhere. Lisa made sure we were aware of planning needs to our destination with perfect timing. And she checked up on us before and after our trip to make sure all was well. In return we shared some of our special photos during our travels so she can decide to visit our chosen destination someday. The best thing is that Lisa is always just a click away and responds almost faster than I am prepared.

Everything was great

The resort we stayed at was the Elegence Majestic. There were a total of 12. For most of us this was our first all inclusive vacation and out of the country. Most of us stayed at the resort all week. But Lisa did recommend excursions if we wanted to leave. Lisa handled our hotel booking, flights, and travel to and from the resort back to the airport. I would most definitely use Lisa again in traveling.

I have never used a travel agent before but I will absolutely use Lisa again as I realized how much time she saved me. I am the type that spends hours up hours researching options for vacation and I then become overwhelmed. Lisa’s ability to listen to what we wanted were excellent and then she went right to work finding options that fit our wishes. She would lay out a few options at a time and then as we reviewed them and gave her our feedback, she would adjust search to find what was even more perfect for us. She made the process very easy and actually exciting as we eagerly anticipated what she would come up with. We chose an all inclusive in Jamaica with flights 20 minutes from our house for much less than what I thought possible. I was also pleasantly surprised by her follow up leading up to trip as we prepared and then the two travel days. I never felt alone while traveling as I could send her a text about questions I had and she answered quickly about what to do next.

Lisa did a wonderful job planning our trip to Puerto Vallarta! First, private transportation was arranged, which took so much hassle out of the airport. They were so friendly and even let us leave a little early. Next, the Hilton Vallarta Riviera was in the prettiest part of Puerto Vallarta and was a good value--Lisa found the best deal for us. The tours we did --the Hop On Hop Off tour and a private snorkeling tour were top notch. We got to see the best parts of Puerto Vallarta with the bus tour, and the snorkeling tour was run by the best guides and included water and margaritas!
