This was a cruise that was very different from the average cruise to Norway. It is not a well known cruise but will be getting a lot of attention over the next few years. Lisa went out of her way to make sure everything was just right for this trip. I had no doubt this would be the case, as we have been using Lisa as our Travel Advisor/Agent for several years. She has an abundance of experience and knowledge as well as a keen eye for detail and catching the little things before they can turn into big things. Very clean and well kept resort, good food, friendly staff, and beautiful views and beach. The beach is a little rocky, but there is lots of options to go in where it isn’t rocky. We have booked cruises and resort vacations with Lisa and there has never been an issue. We had booked a cruise to Southeast Asia about 6 months before Covid became an issue. In 2019, for the first time, I thought I would try using a travel agent instead of booking our vacation myself. After doing my research I decided on Lisa Koppert. I contacted her and we quickly developed a rapport that made me very comfortable with my decision. She helped us choose a destination and the method of travel.
Lisa diverted a disaster by getting us an extra night in a hotel in Toronto due to a nasty 2 day February storm. We waited out the storm in our hotel and made the plane without incident.

Lisa is once again booking our February 2020 vacation which will be a cruise in Southern Asia. In a few short days she has confirmed the Cruise, reserved flights at an exceptionally good rate with Cathay Pacific and is now putting the final touches on an extra day in Hong Kong. Our first trip to Alaska was arranged by Lisa with air, cruise & hotel. We cruised from Vancouver to Alaska with NCL and did a 3 day land portion also. The whole trip was very enjoyable. Everything went off without a hitch and was stress free.

Lisa went far above and beyond for our recent booking. If I could give 10 stars I would. We had everything from flight time changes to flight date changes to our trip being cancelled fully all together. All thanks to the airline we booked with.
