Catherine made the booking process one of the easiest experiences. We told her what we were looking for and our budget and she delivered everything we were asking for. She was extremely patient with our questions and requests. Catherine always responded quickly which was such a relief. Because of an offer at booking that stated that if prices were to drop we would be offered the difference, Catherine was extremely prompt at notifying us of price changes as soon as they occurred which meant that we did not miss out. Our resort stay was excellent with a resort that we would probably choose again if we go to Puerto Plata. Catherine also sent gentle reminders when it was time to complete tasks associated with the trip such as e-ticket completion, flight check-ins, etc. To top it all off, prior to our trip, she requested a meeting and gave us each a beautiful, thoughtful gift. Catherine took such good care of us! She attentively listen to what I was looking for in a vacation and provided several great options for us to choose from. She also provided extra information and additional bookings when our parents decided to tag along too. While on vacation she checked in a few times and offered assistance wherever it was needed. This was the first time I'd traveled since COVID, the first time ever booking with Catherine (who was referred to me from another friend) AND it was my parents first time traveling in decades. The entire trip was well planned, easily executed and any additional info I needed was promptly provided. Our parents have some mobility issues and the airport and hotel were very accommodating too.
