This was my families first cruise and I was nervous planning a cruise for the first time. Marlena was priceless in the process in explaining how everything worked. For the first time we sailed on MSC Meraviglia in August 2024. We had a wonderful family vacation! Kids (4 and 8 years old) had a blast, as there were so many things for them to do, including water Park, kids club and sports courts. Marlena loaded us with all the information needed for the cruise ahead of time! It felt like we were there before??. She shared her own notes of what do bring for the cruise and what is not needed! Another incredible cruise!

This is our second cruise that Marlena helped us plan and again she didn’t leave a detail uncovered. Starting with finding the best itinerary and dates to travel to working out the bookings and complexities of the travel, Marlena was spot on. She kept us informed and up to date throughout the process. Marlena is a true professional that treated us like her family making sure we are absolutely ready and prepared to travel. We will work with her Marlena many times in the future because we cannot imagine having anyone else plan vacations for us and soon for our friends and family.
