I cannot thank my Lacey with OohLaLaLacey Travels enough for what she did for my daughter and her friend today. After a last-minute flight cancellation in the early hours of the morning and a stressful overnight delay due to weather, she acted immediately ( 6 am) and secured a same-day route home with only a couple seats left! The whole situation was swiftly taken care of within minutes. As a mom miles away, her calm, quick support meant everything to me.
