Great Family Vacation

Tina made the process simple and easy. I told her what we wanted and she meet with us on zoom and we talked more and she was able to ask the right questions about things I didn't think about. She was able to customize this trip to our needs, likes and wants. I truly enjoyed the emails she sent leading up to our trip. She gave us little tips to prepare for our trip, sent us a suggested packing list and hidden gems to consider when on our trip.

Bahamas cruise

Tina was awesome to work with. It was so quick and easy. I provided what I was looking for and she provided options. Once I selected the cruise ship and dates we wanted the process was seemless. She provided helpful information on what to look for on the ship and answered all my questions timely. Using her again for another cruise!

Honeymoon Cruise!

Honeymoon

I feel like I could have planned this trip myself. I don’t feel like the communication was there and we didn’t even know we were staying 30 minutes outside of Osaka. We also have no airport transfer and Tina said she would handle it for us and also find us spas in japan and never did. I feel like she’s a sweet person but we are not satisfied with how we booked this trip. I hope we enjoy our vacation after all the confusion this has caused us.

On February 21st I sent options for transportation, spa services, and other recommendations based on your requests. After your message about the hotel location outside Osaka, I also began researching alternative hotels closer to the city for you to review."
