Brittany and Mark were amazing at helping us plan for our trip. They listened to our trip priorities and made sure to follow up on each item we asked about. We had some food allergies in our party, and they provided a comprehensive list of restaurants and snack options for each location we were going to. They even checked in on us during our trip to see if there was anything they could help with. They were awesome to work with and for our next trip, I will be calling them!

Brittany made our trip so easy to plan. She thought of everything weeks in advance. She texted us all of the reminders we needed well in advance of appointment settings so we had time to make choices. Also, she sent texts a day prior to deadlines, so we never missed an opportunity for scheduled and organized fun. She also checked in on us frequently to make sure we were all set for our vacation, asking us if we needed any other assistance. She is incredibly kind and organized. We had been on this trip at least 10 times prior to our experience with Brittany, but never had we had such great assistance. She was up to date on new policies which kept us ahead of the game. I would give her a 10 out of 10 no doubt.

The kids and grandkids had a blast at Woody’s Roundup, dancing and playing along with the Toy Story antics, riding The Swirling Aliens and Toy Story Mania. Even during the trip, Brittany and Mark checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Their dedication and personalized service made all the difference.
