Stuck in a foreign land with no answers or support from local officials, Stephanie jumped right on this - and while hundreds of travelers were stuck in Dubrovnik for days - she had us on an immediate flight to Spain that got us to Vatican City the next morning. We made our Scavi tour with literally five minutes to spare! We will be forever grateful for her commitment, clear directions, and calming demeanor during this travel hiccup.
