Stacey was a pleasure to work with. Early on we received prompt email responses with our options for Disney cruise bookings. Once booked, Stacey was sure to offer tips and tricks for securing any additional reservations we wanted onboard our ship. Stacey alerted of us a Disney promotion after we had paid in full and was able to get it applied to our trip! We were grateful to not have to wait on hold ourselves! With this being our first cruise, Stacey was a great help working with us through the learning process, and was quick to offer support when any issues came up. Her enthusiasm for all things Disney is infectious. Things don’t always go smoothly on vacations, but having an agent certainly makes the process smoother. Stacey was always available to answer questions and was great at communicating, answering any questions quickly. She contacted Universal for me to confirm questions I had and when we had to change our plans last minute she was very helpful in making it happen and getting us all the info we needed to make decisions quickly. She gave us a really cute package before we left and lots of helpful info for our disney vacation.

Stacey knows ALL things Disney and helped us every step of the way. We entered our trip prepared and excited instead of uninformed and overwhelmed. Stacey booked a 7 night Carnival cruise for us on the Celebration. During our booking process she spent time with me reviewing options and finding me the best cabin at an excellent price. She also ensured my special needs were taken care of by Carnival. Any questions I had she always responded very quickly. The cruise itself was wonderful, and exceeded expectations. We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Stacey to plan our Disney World trip for a group of eight, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient as we worked through our plans.
