Upon arrival at the resort they put us in a remote room away from it all. We immediately called Iesha. She was on it immediately. They returned extremely apologetic and gave us the room we paid for. Not only did she arrange an incredible vacation for us, she continued helping us upon arrival. A service I couldn’t get anywhere else. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.
