This trip was excellent. Having never traveled in this manner, I asked Ms. Shalawn for some guidance on hotel options and she delivered. I picked the hotel, we got everything paid for overtime with ease. She gave tips for for things to do or look for with kids and it all worked out. Our hotel served free breakfast and it was delicious, snack time as well and had restaurant in the hotel if we wanted to stay close.

Shalawn Clark has booked quite a few trips for us, and like always, we had an amazing time!!! We went on a couples trip. I gave her my friend’s flight info and hotel info. I said, we need to be able to share transportation. She said ok. Call me back, we were booked on the same flight!!! Made sure we got the upgraded level I requested. She called and check to make sure we had update passports and answered all my questions. I even won a free trip at booking!! The resort was amazing!! Can’t wait to take our free trip!

Amazing first cruise

My group of 4 families (total 13 people) all booked our first cruise with Shalawn. She was so patient with all of our newbie questions and even proactively shared tips with us based on her own experiences. Despite never cruising before, we felt like pros before we even stepped onboard due to how much she shared and taught us ahead of time.
