Shelby was awesome from the start! She planned our first Disney world trip for us! She was very knowledgeable and had all the answers to my questions, I also ask a lot of questions! She was very kind, compassionate about what she does and made sure we were taken care of during hurricane Helene! We could not have had a better first experience without her help!

Shelby was kind enough to work with us to change our dates many, many times. Life kept changing and causing us to need to make modifications. She never seemed annoyed or bothered and always continued to find us the best pricing and make each change easy. We enjoyed our time in Disney SO much. It was adults only and we had more fun than any kids in parks!

Shelby took a time in our lives that was the most difficult and helped us find a little magic at the end of the storm. She was kind and attentive going above and beyond to give my family a memory that lightened the load of our lives. She pulled off some of the most impossible magic moments. I don't know that any family vacation will ever compare to the one she helped us with.

We didn't know where to start planning our 1st trip to Disneyworld. Shelby took the reigns and planned every detail! We then had to reschedule the trip due to a medical emergency and she took care of it all!

This was our first family vacation to Disney World with our little boys. We have been to Disney more than 15 times and I still felt the need to seek our Shelby’s expertise. And it was MAGICAL!
We went with four different families (13 people of different ages) with different budgets and needs. She booked our tickets, stay, dinner reservations, made a very organized itinerary of our week and gave hints, tricks and tips for each park day.
