My name is Whitney and I am a travel specialist with Hera Getaways! I have loved to travel all of my life and have been lucky enough to be able to do so for work and pleasure for many years. In my years as a nanny, I was able to travel domestically as well as internationally for work; even spending a month in Australia where I worked and lived like a local, while taking in so much of what the amazing country had to offer!
I have traveled across the United States exploring some of the most beautiful landscape and National Parks in the world and have done so alone as well as with family and friends; so I know just what you need when traveling solo or with others. It was priceless to not have to think about all of the logistical details, payments, etc. Whitney very much took into consideration of our priorities.
Due to health reasons, we needed to plan a trip that we could cancel last minute, if necessary. Whitney was sure to purchase tickets, excursions, and hotels that I could cancel at the last minute! She even guided me through international insurance options as well.
I was particularly blown away when a hotel tried to call me about a bill: by the time I got to my phone to see that the hotel had called me, Whitney WattsApp messaged me saying that she had already nearly resolved the issue! She asked my permission before using my credit card to fix the problem. It was great to know that I barely needed to lift a finger to fix that problem!
