Very good...always with a quick response to any questions. She did a very good job with flight tickets, hotels, and car rental. She "thought ahead"...like for the hotels to have parking available, to be close to the airport the final night, to turn the car in a day before departure so it wasn't a rush the morning of departure, etc. All things I hadn't thought of.

Disney trip with my grandkids!

Shannon was a huge help getting our flight, hotel and rental car! She was able to get us 6 miles from Disney and close to universal and grocery stores. We rented the most beautiful place where we could make some of our meals ourselves and the kids could swim anytime they wanted. Highly recommend Shannon for your travels! Teri
