Growing up, I thought of Disney as “the park” and Universal as “the other park,” but my first visit completely changed my perspective. I was pleasantly surprised by the immersive experiences, from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Jurassic World to walking through Seuss Landing and exploring the immaculate worlds of EPIC Universe. I became an annual passholder and even visited EPIC Universe within its first few months of opening. Over time, Universal has become a place I love visiting with my kids—watching their excitement while meeting Minions, hanging out with Johnny and Gunther, and sharing the thrill of some of the best rides I’ve ever experienced. It’s a park that offers its own kind of magic, and now it’s a must-visit alongside Disney for my family, creating experiences that everyone can enjoy together.

Nicole was amazing to work with! She made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish, which made the entire trip stress-free. I always felt comfortable reaching out to her whether by call or text, whenever I had questions or needed anything.

From the start of planning the trip to experiencing the trip this was the most memorable trip we had . Nicole made everything so smooth and effortless. I had given Nicole a brief idea of what I was expecting for this trip and she made it come true. Working with Nicole was so easy! She made the planning and booking process a breeze. This was our first family cruise with young kids and grandparents joining. Nicole made sure to give us plenty of sailing options to choose from before booking. She was able to help with packing lists and must haves to ensure our trip went smoothly. She even took care of adding any onboard extras we wanted and excursions for our stops. Our family has several allergies and Nicole communicated with Royal directly to ensure our meals were safe. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. I’m definitely going to be working with Nicole for any future adventures that we go on!
