About Me

As the first flakes of snow began to dance from the sky, my excitement soared to new heights. The destination was set – Telluride, Colorado, a picturesque haven nestled in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. The prospect of a winter wonderland and the promise of thrilling ski adventures beckoned, making it an irresistible choice for a memorable trip. The journey to Telluride itself was an adventure. Surrounded by towering peaks and winding roads, the drive to this charming mountain town was a spectacle of nature's grandeur. The anticipation heightened with each passing mile, building a sense of awe and wonder. The excitement reached its peak as the iconic box canyon, cradling the town, came into view, surrounded by majestic peaks dusted with a fresh layer of snow.Upon arrival, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of Telluride immediately struck me. The Victorian-era architecture, coupled with the charming streets adorned with twinkling lights, created a postcard-perfect scene. The town exuded a warmth that perfectly complemented the winter chill in the air.The following days were dedicated to the exhilarating pursuit of skiing. Telluride Ski Resort, with its expansive terrain and diverse trails, offered a playground for skiers of all levels. From gentle slopes for beginners to challenging black diamonds for the seasoned experts, there was something for everyone. The panoramic vistas from the mountaintops were awe-inspiring, with snow-covered peaks stretching as far as the eye could see.The fresh powder beckoned, and I eagerly embarked on the trails, feeling the crisp mountain air against my face. The thrill of carving through the snow, the rhythmic sound of skis on the slopes, and the breathtaking scenery made each run a unique and unforgettable experience. The renowned Plunge and Revelation Bowl became personal favorites, providing an adrenaline rush and a sense of accomplishment.Off the slopes, Telluride's charm extended beyond the ski resort. The town's vibrant culture, cozy cafes, and unique boutiques provided a delightful contrast to the adrenaline-fueled days on the mountains. The historic Main Street, with its eclectic mix of shops and restaurants, offered a perfect setting for après-ski relaxation and socializing with fellow enthusiasts. One of the highlights of the trip was the free gondola ride, connecting Telluride with Mountain Village. As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting hues of pink and orange across the snow-capped peaks, the gondola glided silently through the air, offering a breathtaking journey that felt like a scene from a winter fairy tale.As the trip to Telluride came to an end, the memories of thrilling descents, breathtaking landscapes, and the warmth of a welcoming mountain town lingered. It was more than a skiing adventure; it was a rendezvous with nature's splendor and a journey into the heart of a winter paradise. Telluride had etched itself into my memory as a destination where the thrill of skiing met the charm of a mountain town, creating an experience that was nothing short of magical.

Fall Color Tour
Reviewed By Lisa - Westville, IL | Traveled to Telluride ~ Colorado ~ USA
Fall is my favorite time of year, and I wanted to see as much of the Colorado color as I could! Ms. Harris planned an unbelievable tour for me! I loved the clear, detailed itinerary I received before my trip to allow my mind to relax and not worry about the details. Ms. Harris had everything in order for my safe and happy travels. She arranged two separate 5 Star Resorts for me. First in Beaver Creek/Vail, then two nights in Mountain Village/Telluride. The Mountain Village property in particular, The Madeline, was really like nothing I had ever stayed in before. The views were spectacular, and the design of the resort was breathtaking! In the evenings there were fire bowls to light the path walking through the village, and live, smooth music filled the courtyard. There was a wide variety of food and beverage choices, including gourmet selections from their 5 Star Michelin Chef! Ms. Harris surpassed my expectations and hopes for this trip! What a whirlwind of fall beauty! Thank you!
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

Bucket List Trip
Reviewed By Willburr - Asheville, NC | Traveled to Grand Canyon ~ Arizona ~ USA
I really enjoyed working with Lori to plan my trip to the Grand Canyon. I was overwhelmed with all the options and didn't know where to start. Lori asked what kind of trip I wanted to have, my budget, places I wanted to see and activities I wanted to do, and provided me with a condensed list of choices across a range of prices. She was open to feedback and made sure that I was getting the trip I wanted. I'm so happy I connected with Lori!
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

Mixing Business and Leisure
Reviewed By Roger - Kearney, NE | Traveled to Asheville ~ North Carolina ~ USA
I recently visited Asheville, NC for the first time as part of a business trip where I needed to arrange my travel for work, but wanted to see the town while I was there. Lori found great a deal for me at a hotel within walking distance of downtown, which was a short commute from the airport. She also had several restaurant recommendations that offered a variety of culinary options. I really enjoyed the farm to table cuisine offered by several of the local establishments. I was able to take a day to myself to experience the Biltmore Estate and gardens which had amazing views and walking trails. I didn't realize all Asheville had to offer, but Lori clearly has a passion for the area and was able to arrange a great first visit. I will be back for sure!
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

Aloha Spirit in Oahu
Reviewed By Farm Girl - Savoy, IL | Traveled to Honolulu, Oahu ~ Hawaii ~ USA
Oahu was everything I imagined thanks to Lori's planning and recommendations! We visited the North Shore where we got to see surfers carving the legendary waves, while we took advantage of the local flavors from the food truck vendors. I have to say nothing compares to fresh pineapple and mahi tacos! Our beach rental put us steps from the ocean and close to several attractions we wanted to experience. I feel like we were able to optimize our time on the island, based on the accommodations and the amenities Lori arranged for us. I would definitely recommend Lori to anyone who wants to experience the aloha spirit for themselves.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

Whitewater Rafting the Merced River

While visiting Yosemite in May, I chose to experience the thrill of whitewater rafting! As an avid kayaker and paddleboarder, I always try to experience local watersports when I travel. You will probably recognize this theme throughout my posts. This was my first experience rafting and as a solo traveler, I had no idea what to expect. Luc...
