Ella helped us plan our first vacation to Disney start to finish! She made it so easy for us and with her help our visit was flawless! She showed us different options and comparisons for resorts, deluxe and basic, and explained all of the perks of each park. I was able to communicate with her when I had questions during our visit and the itinerary she planned for us was perfect and so helpful! She planned all of our sit down meals and even when we surprised her with a request to eat a meal that wasn’t planned she got it booked for us right away! I was nervous about feeling overwhelmed at the parks, they are soo big! With the knowledge of the parks that Ella shared with us I felt like I knew exactly where to go and what to do! Thanks to her we were about to truly enjoy every single park and all the time we spent at Disney! She will 100% be planning any Disney vacation we take!
