Nicole was truly amazing from the initial process. Nicole was easy to work with and she was very helpful with any questions I had. She was quick to respond to me when I emailed her with any concerns or questions. The day of the trip was flawless. She gave great information and directions for the Orlando airport to get our luggage and the shuttle to cabana bay resort. We had an amazing trip to universal and epic universe (my son who is 12 and me! ) this was our 4th time going but this was a way better experience with using Nicole to help plan our vacation.

Nicole helped my family book our cruise back in September. I have used Nicole in the past for a Disney trip. I wanted to have someone that was knowledgeable about cruising to book our family vacation. We needed two separate staterooms for the amount of people going. Everything plan went seamless.
