Jessica was pivotal in helping our family check off a bucket list item of taking a trip down south together. Our dream family vacation was awesome . I would 100% recommend this resort to any family that is looking to create awesome memories in a sunny location . The resort was very clean and we always felt very safe . It was also very accessible for wheelchairs and strollers . I saw 3 locals selling products , but they were not pushy and were very quiet . The food at the buffet was delicious with a very good selection and I would say as good as the a la carte restaurants . They have a nice coffee and ice cream store. ( all in one ) that was so good . The lazy river was a big hit for all of the 3 generations. The 2 kiddy pools with a part cover shade area was perfect . ( nobody had a sunburn ) . The adult -family pools were also nice . We had a fun foam pool party and , a water ballon competition pool party. AquaFit every day at noon . The White party at the beach one evening was also a nice touch .While we were there , we had little rain showers for about 5 minutes every day , but beautiful sunny days for the entire week ! The entertainment at night was ok , but by the time 10 pm came we were so busy all day that it was early bedtime anyway . Thank you Jessica for all you did and making our trip a success.

Jessica's been great! We booked a trip originally for Christmas last year, but had to cancel last minute. She was so helpful in helping us navigate all of it. We had a great time visiting Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. Jessica booked us in the best spots around town where it was easy to get around and very safe, and quiet at night. She had great recommendations and was well organized. Our flight was delayed and we would have missed the check-in window for our stay in Osaka.
