Jill did a wonderful job of booking this trip as well as arranging tours for the group and was good at communication throughout the process. Really appreciate her dedication to making sure that this was a wonderful trip as well as experience and made long lasting memories.

Jill was recommended to me by my sister in law who is a very active cruiser. My husband and I have taken a few cruises but not recently on a big boat and only a river boat in Europe. We took our grown children who had never cruised before. This made our cruise more complicated and Jill was very helpful with the administrative details on our cruise. I appreciated that she helped as questions came up that were not easy to answer based on the internet information. She was very responsive when I emailed her and contacted the cruise lines several times when needed. No questions or concerns were too small to address. I would recommend her to my friends and family and would use her in the future.

Being that our family doesn't travel often, we were nervous about planning our trip to Alaska. We found Jill through a local Facebook page where several local families recommended her. We couldn't have been happier with our experience! She listened to what we were hoping to do and gave us several options that checked everything off of our list. She was so easy to work with and handled everything, step by step, with complete competence. She is kind and caring and truly wants to make your adventure a trip of a lifetime. Even after having to cancel half of our trip and start over from scratch, she was never less than gracious, understanding, amazingly helpful. We are very thankful to have found Jill Johns to be our travel agent. We would highly recommend her to everyone! You won't be sorry. And we can't wait to have her help us again on our next trip.
