Jessica helped us plan where to stay at our five destinations and made the reservations and payments. She also helped with reservations for ferry crossings, national park passes and any planned restaurants. Jessica was always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent trip that had an unusual begining.

We were transiting to our connecting flight in Dublin when the terminal was ordered to evacuate. Seems there was a suspicious package in baggage claim and a cyber attack on the booking system. Needles to say we had a significant delay, stayed in contact with our driver in Edinburg, and were picked up several hours late.

Anniversary trip!

From the first conversation I had with Jessica I was very comfortable with her friendly demeanor, her openness, patience and knowledge. I hadn't used a travel agent in several years and never to the extent that I did with Jessica so I wasn't totally sure what to expect - especially since I always had a heavy hand in our past trip planning. What a relief to know I had someone taking care of some of the tasks and research associated with planning that at times felt overwhelming with everything else going on. I was blown away by the organized efficiency of the travel plans and documents provided on the app and knowing the Blue Crab team was readily available - even when the trip got underway. It was the best investment I could have made on our adventure and I will always come back to Jessica to help us with our plans in the future. Thanks Jessica and Beth!!

The Surprise Anniversary Trip

My husband and I got married five years ago in the thick of quarantine. It took us awhile to decide what we wanted to do. I have traveled a lot but my husband has never been out of the States. Before long I reached out to Jessica and told her my vision. I wanted to feel like I was visiting home but also visit somewhere new! We were able to have a cozy stay in Dublin, Ireland. We booked a rom-com stay in Nottinghill in London and traveled everywhere the locals do. At the end of the trip we spent a luxurious few nights in Amsterdam. It was truly an unforgettable trip and it was an absolute pleasure to have Jessica help us along the way. Highly recommend! She will help you plan what you dream up!
