We could not travel without Dana's patience and help. We are a hot mess, and when we were in Italy, we knew she was a call away. Not to mention our flight was cancelled about 2:00 am her time, but she was on the phone helping us with a new flight. She plans our pickups and oversees everything we do to keep us organized. She goes above and beyond to help her clients.

I could not have gotten through this trip without Dana and her expertise. From booking our cruise rooms, finding hotel accommodations for our pre-cruise stay in London, to managing all excursions, transports, and her general guidance and knowledge of the areas we were traveling and places to go and things to see made this trip worry free. She went above and beyond when it came to ensuring that everyone's flights made it to London OK (my daughter was delayed for several hours in her layover location and Dana was not going to rest until she knew that my daughter was either on a plane or in a hotel room for the night). She texted my phone when we landed in London, even though it was approximately 5 am where she was, just to ensure we knew our transport directions and found our driver. When I left my purse on a tour bus and then missed the bus, she was on the phone with the tour company getting instructions on how to retrieve it and not miss the cruise departure the following morning. We spent 7 days in Iceland and it was sure an adventure of a lifetime. Dana was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout. We had the most amazing week in Aspen! My husband and I have been on many ski trips to all different mountains and none compare to this trip. From start to finish everything went smooth. Our location was beyond efficient being ski in/ski out, walkable to all food and grocery. Our accommodation had a full time shuttle service INCLUDED that was amazing. We did not ever have to consider a ride or rental car from touchdown to take off.

Dana planned the absolute best 2 week trip in Italy, everything ran so smoothly with all of our tours, wouldn’t change a thing about our trip. We will always be utilizing Dana’s expertise for any upcoming vacations, she’s the BEST!!
