I love being a Travel Agent! It gives me the opportunity to experience how the travel world works, breathes and excels in its ever changing events.
My travel experience all started with Princess Cruise Line in Alaska. I moved to Alaska to start my job one week after graduating high school. I got in my car and drove the 3,000 mile Alcan Highway to start my career! Working for Princess was very rewarding. I got to meet and work with people from all over the globe. People spend their whole lives saving/planning for their "once in a lifetime vacation". And when they came to us in Alaska this was it! Princess treated their clients with overwhelming gratitude and hospitality.
After working for 2 years in Alaska I made my way back to Minot, ND. Many of you recognize me from AAA Travel with whom I started with in 2007. I grew leaps and bounds with this company. I got certified in many aspects of travel and volunteered for Passport events, Minot Area Homeless Coalition, Ag Shows, Bridal Shows, First District Health Unit Events, Minot Chamber of Commerce events etc. It was here where I also was awarded a travel trip to Hawaii and was able to experience 25+ hotels in 6 Days!
In May of 2011 I started my home based travel agency under Graff Travel & Tours located in Bismarck, ND. My experience as a home based agent has made me work harder than ever. All of my clientele are past clients and referrals. With that brings more of a personal experience and touch to everyone's vacation. I treat every client's vacation as if it were my own. Everyone wants the best prices, location, and attention to detail. I strive to make long lasting clients and have many testimonies from which you are welcome to ask about.
My training includes being a specialist in the following: Disney World/Land, Disney Cruise, Adventures by Disney, Sandals & Beaches, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons, Barcelo and Palace Resorts.

Unbelievably helpful - couldn't have done it alone

This was my first experience with a travel agent, and it won't be my last. Due to covid, we had a number of hoops to jump through before traveling, and once we embarked, we had nothing but headaches from the airline. I will keep it short, but we had a canceled flight. In order to get there fastest (one day later than we were supposed to), we had to switch airlines, re route our trip, add an extra overnight, take an additional covid test, and then we finally arrived. We then had lost baggage and had headaches with that ordeal. Emily worked so hard for us, so much so that I apologized to her, I was not happy she had to do that, but I was so thankful that she did. She then guided me through the insurance claim process which we are currently awaiting their response. If it weren't for her, I would be out $2000 or so in additional expenses. Thank you so much Emily, hopefully next time it isn't so much work!

The best getaway!

Emily was referred to me by friend. As soon as I contacted her she was very responsive and starting asking questions about our needs, wants, etc. She handled all of the flight and hotel details - including being on hold with Delta for hours! She gave us many options to chose from as well. With Emily’s help it took a lot of the planning stress away so we could worry about getting ready to leave our 9 month old for the first time!

Mexico Trip

Amazing Trip

Emily helped us find tours for each day and found tours she felt we would all enjoy. She was very helpful planning out the trip so we could make the most of each day. While traveling we had airplane delays and we missed our flight. Emily rebooked us and we ended up landing at our destination about the same time as scheduled. She also touched base while we were on our trip to make sure things were going well. Highly recommend Emily!

Stayed at Hilton Playa Del Carmen. We are frequent travelers, and this by far has been the best! Food, entertainment, staff were the best. Resort was very clean. Loved being about to step out onto 5th Ave to visit local restaurants. Took the ferry over to Cozumel for a day of site seeing and lunch. Would definitely recommend. Emily did a fantastic job organizing everything! Even helped with a last minute reservation for our friend’s cousin.

Emily has helped us plan multiple vacations, all of which have been incredible experiences. Planning a vacation can be just as fun as the vacation itself when working with Emily! Many times when looking at a new destination, she has given us real and honest reviews from actual clients to answer any questions. Our most recent vacation was to Jamaica for a split stay between Rui Palace Tropical Bay and Secrets Wild Orchid. She arranged us private transportation with someone whom she had personally used previously. He was amazing! He took us to local food stops and gave us a great history of the island. It’s the little things like this that makes a vacation memorable. Our transition to Secrets was smooth. Again, she lined up private transfers and had everything planned out. l will never plan a trip without Emily!

We had some troubles with our room, not caused by her and she did everything in her power from her office to fix them. The Trip that Never Was

Emily went far beyond to make sure that we were able to get a refund from the resort which covered half of our trip expenses and went to bat for us with the travel insurance company and found a clause to get us vouchers for the other half of our trip expenses. Without her hard work we would have been left holding the bag. A HUGE thank you to Emily!

First Trip Out of the Country

Best Vacation Ever!

My son had just gotten out of the Marine Corps and we wanted to go on the trip of a lifetime! So glad we found Emily. Having never traveled internationally, we had lots of questions, and a bit of anxiety. Emily researched and did all the leg work, and we made our decision to book Cancun!! The day before we were to leave, the ND weather got so cold, the airports were closed and flights delayed by days. We had no other choice but to postpone our trip. We didn't have to worry about a thing, Emily took care of everything. We rebooked to Jamaica! Emily found some really good deals for us so that we were able to do so. We just got back, and it was amazing. Really great experience, and we're already thinking about our trip for next year!!
