I would like to take the opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Francesca Capone Benazzi, Travel Specialist with Bellarome Travel for providing excellent customer service prior to trip and during my trip to Italy for my vacation. I enjoyed a wonderful trip to Italy, fun filled with tours of beautiful museums and sightseeing in Rome, Florence and Venice. As my travel consultant, Francesca handled the entire booking, hotel, transportation etc., along with providing me the best flights to Rome, in a professional manner ensuring that all the Ts were crossed and all the Is were dotted. Traveling along out of the country could be stressful with customs, etc, but Francesca provided me with necessary information, so I was prepared for my trip with all required paperwork/documentation. She guided me step by step when action was needed to prevent any issues and/or problems with my trip. She took the time to communicate with me to check in for smooth travels. Francesca took the worry from her client. She is not only a travel specialist, but she feels like a friend because of her professionalism, kindness and pleasing personality. She truly cares about her clients and wants them to enjoy their trip. If I had any questions or concerns about my trip, Francesca was a phone call or text away to respond to my questions. She is prompt in addressing any concerns. She makes a special effort to ensure her clients a successful trip. She is very knowledgeable, both proficient and efficient in her expertise of European travel and she focuses on her client needs to experience a perfect vacation. I highly recommend Francesca as a travel specialist for your domestic and international travel because she is simply good at her job. She is an asset to Bellarome Travel. I had a great time vacationing in Italy. I met wonderful people, enjoyed delicious food and comfortable accommodations.

Francesca was very helpful in putting together an excellent itinerary that met our budget. From the time we landed until our departure everything was taken care of for us including checking in on us via text throughout the trip. Tour guides were superb, food was exceptional and the accommodation were great!! Really an amazing experience overall! I would use Bellarome and Francesca again in a second and highly recommend them to anyone. 3 days in Rome and 4 days in Sorrento were magical!!

Francesca did an amazing job planning this private tour for us. We were interested in seeing the different areas of Sicily, with a food and wine focus, and Francesca delivered. All of the hotels we stayed on were 4 star and conveniently located for us to walk and explore each town we stayed in. The tours were excellent, with top notch guides and drivers. Francesca was an excellent communicator, both before and throughout the trip. Highly recommend!

Very good and thorough trip of italy. Many great guides who are obviously proud of their home and willing to share. Lots of food (too much?), wine, and culture. The hotels were top notch and the service incredible.

I learned so much during this week long tour of Sicily. Our private tours included some of the best tour guides I have experienced. In retrospect I would have rather extended the trip or done less in order to build in some rest days.

Francesca was terrific to work with from start to finish! She quickly understood my special requests and was able to provide a perfect day of sightseeing and a fabulous lunch stop at a marvelous restaurant we would have never found on our own. Highly recommend her and will definitely make use of her services again!

Francesca was SO kind and easy to work with. She was flexible when we wanted a few minor tweaks to her initial proposed itinerary and was communicative and easy to reach throughout the process. We ended up visiting Venice, Florence, Sorrento, and Rome, with excursions including a gondola ride in Venice, a private walking tour and a day trip to Tuscany from Florence, scuba diving and visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum from Sorrento, and finally private tours of the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums in Rome. Francesca took care of booking all of our (high quality!) hotels, train rides between each city, private transfers between train stations and hotels, and all of the excursion/activity tickets. By the time we took the trip it was just a matter of following our detailed PDF itinerary, everything went off without a single hitch. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and we barely had to lift a finger!
