We had our wedding on Royal’s Mariner of the Seas, and Tony was such a huge part of making our special day a success! Everything was so beautiful, and we felt so special. He helped us get in touch with the wedding coordinators to plan the ceremony. We took a large group of nearly 50 people and he was crucial in coordinating our group! We were all able to sit in the same section for dinner, and share cutting our cake with our guests! He helped with flights and hotels as each party member needed. We were able to deliver special gifts to our guests staterooms. If we cruise again, we will be using Embark Cruises!

Tony was a great help in coordinating and booking 2 couples on a Greece/Montenegro cruise out of Ravenna. He repriced several times and saved us money. He coordinated the transfers from train station to and from the ship and ensured we had adjoining rooms. Highly recommend!

Tony went above and beyond to answer all our questions. This is the first time we've used an agent. You're not necessarily going to get hidden discounts or anything crazy, but you have a guy to call at 9pm the night before the cruise when you accidently reversed your kids birthdays on the cruise line's system.
