How I Plan Luxury Travel

Most of that work does not start with a hotel list. You tell us what you read, what you studied, and how you want to move through a place. Nate and I take that hour we spent, and come back with two trips that look like you.

You should be able to see the room, the street, the table, and the pace of the afternoon. Then you edit. You keep what felt right, cut what did not, and pull the two options into one journey.

Italy may be a long lunch in a town most itineraries skip. Greece may be a late table in Megalochori after the viewpoint has emptied. Croatia may be coast that is not treated like a port day. Mexico may be the right room and the right pace in Playa del Carmen or the Riviera Maya. Hungary, the Czech Republic, Norway, Denmark, and Scotland belong here when the first hour points toward cities, food, landscape, or history instead of a beach.

We stay reachable while you are away. When you get home, we talk about what you did and who you met, because the next trip should be better than the first. That may be a babymoon, an anniversary trip, culinary travel, a multi-generational trip, or something you have not named yet.
