Ginger did a great job helping us to secure 3 day park to park Universal Studio tickets. Also, she set up a reservation for a mobility scooter for my husband. When I would ask a question, Ginger responded promptly and when she didn't know the answer, she would quickly find it out. She even went above and beyond to help get a refund for a ticket we didn't need after an unforeseen circumstance.

Initially we attempted to grasp the complex intricacies of a trip to Disney including hotel, transportation and Disneyland/California Adventure tickets and packages. A family member introduced us to Ginger as an expert travel agent. Ginger gladly took on the task of options available to us, so we could concentrate on looking forward to creating memories with our grandchild. In short order, we had several packages to consider. She welcomed our questions and walked us through the best option for us. Email, texting and phone calls were welcomed. She secured all of the details to our trip and then met with us prior to leaving to ensure we had full understanding and confidence to enjoy every aspect of our trip. She was available during our trip as well in the event we needed her. We reached out to her after our grandchild got very sick the day we were to return home. Ginger assisted us in navigating the difficulty of that to ensure we could leave at the very last minute (after normal check out time) and allow the child more time to rest and ease our stress.
