Matt was great to work with. From the time we booked, everything went smooth. He answered the questions we had and hosted some sessions leading up to the cruise to give us more information. It was our first cruise and we were beyond happy with the experience.

Where do we begin? From our first conversation with Matt to booking vacations with him, one thing is very evident. He truly cares about his clients. The one thing we did notice and appreciate is that Matt is very visible and available to his clients throughout their entire journey. We enjoyed our 9 days cruise across the Mediterranean - Barcelona to Athens with Virgin Voyages. When working with Matt, he was quick with replies and to correct a couple of little glitches before our cruise. We book a Virgin Voyages Cruise with Matt Houtby. With this being our first virgin cruise we had a lot of questions, Matt was always great about answering any of our questions and also made sure to touch base with us to see how our cruise was when we got home.

He set us up in Aqua class for a nominal upgrade which got us access to the thermal spas and the most fantastic dining experience at Blu, the private dining room. We just got back from the sunniest week of the year in Alaska. Twenty-five degrees Celsius and no rain for the full seven days.
