Matt was great to work with. From the time we booked, everything went smooth. He answered the questions we had and hosted some sessions leading up to the cruise to give us more information. It was our first cruise and we were beyond happy with the experience.

Where do we begin? From our first conversation with Matt to booking vacations with him, one thing is very evident. He truly cares about his clients. The one thing we did notice and appreciate is that Matt is very visible and available to his clients throughout their entire journey. We book a Virgin Voyages Cruise with Matt Houtby. With this being our first virgin cruise we had a lot of questions, Matt was always great about answering any of our questions and also made sure to touch base with us to see how our cruise was when we got home.
