Matt was great to work with. From the time we booked, everything went smooth. He answered the questions we had and hosted some sessions leading up to the cruise to give us more information. It was our first cruise and we were beyond happy with the experience.

Travel Made Easy with Matt Houtby

Where do we begin? From our first conversation with Matt to booking vacations with him, one thing is very evident. He truly cares about his clients. Matt goes above and beyond to make sure that every single client has the best travel experience possible. The one thing we did notice and appreciate is that Matt is very visible and available to his clients throughout their entire journey. You will often see him mingling with them, sharing a drink and a laugh or organizing some fun activities for everyone to participate in. Matt makes booking our trips seamless. He is always available to answer questions and offer advice. On a personal note, Matt makes you feel very welcomed and like a part of his family. I really don’t know where he gets all his energy from but he’s always on top of everything for the benefit of his clients. If you’re looking to book travel no matter what that might look like, don’t hesitate to reach out to Matt Houtby. Mediocrity is not in his vocabulary.

Our first hosted cruise!

Matt is an awesome agent. From the moment I saw the post about the cruise and sent him the 1st email inquiring about it 18 months ago. He has been in contact with us all the way. Letting us know any and all updates or reminders on the cruise. He kept us informed about all things concerning the cruise. Even though our hosted group was very large, he made everyone feel special and acknowledged. We will definitely book our next cruises with Matt. He is professional and gives his all to his clients in everything he does.

Matt has been wonderful to work with. He is very responsive and helpful with questions or of you need assistance.
He is truly the Captain of Fun when it comes to the hosted cruise. He plans such fun events for the group, but there is no pressure to participate. We will be looking to book another hosted cruise with Matt again.

We enjoyed our 9 days cruise across the Mediterranean - Barcelona to Athens with Virgin Voyages. When working with Matt, he was quick with replies and to correct a couple of little glitches before our cruise. During our days at sea, he organized fun events where we met others and enjoyed some laughs together. We definitely will work with Matt again for any future vacation plans

We cannot recommend Matt enough!! We have had the opportunity on planning and sailing on various cruises already with Matt. He has made the planning so easy. Matt is quick to reply to any questions or problems that may arise during the planning as well as any problems that may occur during the cruise. Matt helped us so much during our last cruise when a problem happened onboard. Matt plans many onboard activities to help entertain his clients. We would like to thank Matt for another great cruise. Wonderful cruise on the Liberty OTS

I used to manage my own reservations but I cannot compete, for the most part, with CDFC for price and support. Matt responds quickly to my requests and or questions so that I do not have to overly involved in managing my reservations.

Loved Aqua Class with Celebrity Cruises

My daughter and I just got home from a graduation celebration cruise aboard the Celebrity Beyond. Matt Houtby was our advisor and he was fantastic! He set us up in Aqua class for a nominal upgrade which got us access to the thermal spas and the most fantastic dining experience at Blu, the private dining room. At Blu, the attention to detail for every passenger was amazing. I'd highly recommend working with Matt. Thanks so much!
