Carmen was excellent to work with for our cruise. We stopped in many times with questions and she always had time for us. She had everything well planned including the hotel stay the day before departure, the cruise itself, and the flights to and from the cruise. Would definitely use Carmen again!!

We had a great time on our Alaskan cruise! It all started with Carmen taking the reins. She explained all the options and helped us pick the best package to fit us. It wasn't but a day, and we received our cruise confirmation! Carmen monitored the cruise prices daily for a week or so after that and two times they were lowered. Needless to say, we were so pleased she made the extra effort to do so and save us some money. Carmen had been to the port cities on our itinerary and gave us some recommendations; and they turned out to be very good tours for seeing glaciers, wildlife and learning about Alaska culture from the guides. Carmen checked in with us a couple times during our cruise to make sure it was going well and again after we got home. Carmen's knowledge, experience and travel passion is definitely worth it the next time we plan a vacation!

We were supposed to fly from Minneapolis to Denver, but due to a storm in Denver, we were sent to Chicago. I called Carmen from the airport. She did a good job handling the changes. Our kids had never been on an airplane before or had seen the ocean. Carmen helped ease our minds about traveling with the kids and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible! She made sure everything was ready for us, from our flight to our rental car. She was in communication with us when we had a slight flight delay to make sure we were okay. And she was just as excited about our kids' first real trip as we were!

We had a great experience with Carmon ! We were wondering how to do a cruise with a mobility chair. With all the worries solved all our plans from plane to Hotel to ship and a mobility taxi were all solved by using Carmon ! Everything went smoothly! We are using Carmon on a future cruise!

Absolutely amazing trip. All the details were taken care of! Especially loved the private transport to and from airport and to our other hotel destination. All our excursions were well planned and our family felt safe the whole time. We got great recommendations for restaurants and extra things to see and do while we were there. Carmen was amazing and answered all my question and was easy to communicate with and get ahold of when needed.

Carmin explained everything I would expect ,even a restaurant to eat at when we arrive to our hotel. She made our trip stress free. Helped me book the hotel, besides our cruise.
