My best friend and I like to travel together, but getting around in rental cars in unfamiliar areas and on unfamiliar roads has become increasingly stressful. So we wanted to see how we liked cruising. I searched for a travel agent near my home, and landed on Caldwell Travel. They had great reviews and had been in business for a long time, so we called to get more information and were connected with Dina Vaught. There is so much we could say about this travel agency and Dina: professional, kind, knowledgeable, available, and patient are all words we would use. Dina was pleasant and genuine from the very beginnning. She listened to what we thought we wanted, and provided us with ample choices that fell in the time frame we could travel and within our budget. She knew of and applied upgrades that we didn't even know existed. She was flexible and responsible to let us set up a payment plan, and she charged the correct amounts on the agreed upon days. Her communication was timely and her responses were quick. She answered so many questions for us! We learned on this trip that cruising may not be our preferred way to travel, but this was NOT a reflection on Dina or her work for us. In fact, we are interested in trying a land tour, and we have asked Dina to guide us with her expert advice. As far as we are concerned, we have our travel agent. There is no need to look anywhere else, and we are looking forward to making many more friend getaway memories with Dina's help.

Dina Vaught has been awesome with helping plan our first vacation to Hawaii. We had a hiccup when my husband was in a motorcycle accident and she got everything rescheduled for us in a flash.

I wanted to send you a note of appreciation for putting together our anniversary trip! It was a trip of a lifetime that everyone enjoyed! The resort exceeded my expectations and was so beautiful! It was a great choice to give everyone plenty of food, entertainment and pool options. I was very much impressed with the resort, transportation promptness etc. I was super proud when we arrived in Mexico, and we see LWR logo signs for the guide to the bus and our logo on the windshield of the bus! Pretty cool moment. Anyways, thank you again! It was amazing!

Dina was just a joy to work with. I travel a lot, but this was for my entire company. It was so wonderful to have Dina just handle everything for all our employees. We will most definately use Dina and Caldwell Travel again when planning our next company trip.
