Disney World can be super complex and a burden to plan. Amy really smooths out all the bumps and makes the trip prep easy, which makes the experience easy as well. With just a few simple and well-organized phone calls, we were able to decide which parks, which rides, and which restaurants. But it gets better... Amy not only handled our payments, she made our dinner reservations as soon as they opened up, and she booked our Lightning Lanes - also as soon as they opened up. Wait, it gets better... Amy also makes herself available via text while you're in the park, so if you have questions, you have a great source of information right there on your phone. We highly recommend Amy and her services. Not IF, but WHEN we go to Disney again, we will definitely be re-engaging with her. Amy planned a one day visit in Magic Kingdom for us! Our kids are 4 years, 2 years, and 4 months old. My husband had never been and this was my first visit as an adult. We truly think all that Amy did was ESSENTIAL in making our day so good! She made an itinerary for us including all of the activities/rides that we wanted, and included helpful details like stroller parking locations. We didn’t have to waste time deciding what to do next after each activity. We knew that the order for the day that she decided for us gave us the shortest wait times and let us do the most things. Amy covered every detail of our family vacation to Disney World and Port Canaveral for our cruise. She planned a minute-by-minute itinerary for half of our group that allowed them to see every major attraction at all four parks along with a visit to Disney Springs all in one day. For the other half, she helped us select a Disney resort villa that was close to the parks and provided a relaxing and comfortable place for our group of nine. Amy helped us select and make dinner reservations that everyone enjoyed. She also made the logistics of moving a large group from place to place extremely easy. She selected a company that could accommodate our group in one large van and assigned a driver (Marcos) to all of our destinations.
