Christine was so helpful from day one. She had been in contact and responded quickly to any questions up to the trip and even after trip. She organized everything for us in an app that we could access easily. Very progressional and I will book with her again. I highly recommend Christine:)

Christine was the best agent i had out of all of my traveling. We had a little hiccup and she fixed it very quick. Tild me don't worry I'll fix it right in the morning. (cuz it was 10pm) but by 11pm she messaged me back saying sorry for messaging you so late but I couldn't go to sleep knowing about this hiccup so I fixed it right away. And within 1hr it was all good. Any questions I have she is right on them either telling me the answer or showing me it with a pic. Best experience ever. Will always use her for any other trips I have!!

Christine was amazing she worked with us right from the beginning providing us with many options and working with our needs as a family! Christine answered all our questions promptly even the silly ones lol she made special requests to the hotel as we were celebrating a graduation and we received many perks! As a family of seven she had it where our rooms were right by each other! Christine provided us with all the information for our trip and there were no unexpected surprises which made it a stress feee experience. She would check in with us and made sure we knew we could contact her throughout our stay if there were any issues, which there were none ?? definitely will be booking with Christine again!

Just came back from our first family vacation booked with Christine at EZ access2Travel. Having a child with autism, severe anxiety and the fact that we have never been on a plane before, I was not sure how this would all work. Christine helped me extensively through the whole process, finding a place to go, tips on travelling with a child with autism, booking the vacation, spending the long wait on the phone with Air Canada to ensure we had priority boarding, and good seats at no additional cost. She talked me through the medical application process for applying for a free attendant for future flights. Every question I had, she answered quickly. (there were many) She had all the our travel information and autism helpful information together on a app and pdf. Everything we needed for our trip was together in the customized app she provided, from planning tips, packing lists, the process at the airport and disability assistance. She even invited us to a accessible tour at the Ottawa air

I had the pleasure of working with Christine to book our recent trip. She went above and beyond to arrange special accommodations for my child’s autism with both the airline and the resort. Even while on vacation herself, she was quick to respond to all of my emails. She also helped us secure a resort that had an issue with availability on the Sunwing website, going the extra mile to call customer service and sort everything out. Truly exceptional service!

I spent hours on my own trying to book a trip at Christmas--really tough trying to sort through all the variables. I finally called Christine and she got me sorted out in a short time with a better price that I had seen through my hours of searching. In chatting with her I learned some great tips and advice on how to get good deals on travel, such as cruises, she can even find car rentals and hotels for a better price then I can. She did so much work for me and if there is any travel problems, I will be able to get her help to resolve them, BONUS! Christine also specializes is arranging travel for accessibility needs. She is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use her services again. I highly recommend her!

It was a great experience and it was made so much easier with Christine as our tour planner . She went above and beyond to make sure we had all the paper work printed out for us, as we are not good on the computer and preferred things printed out for us. She had our luggage tags prepared for us, and lots of goodies for us to take on our trip, eg: lanyards, tag holders, suntan lotion, night light, bag, lotion, candy, wipes , rain ponchos and folders outlining our trips , flights and what to do on cruises. Also thank you for visiting and making us feel comfortable about taking this trip.
