Happy I visited Croatia

This vacation checked off all the boxes

We wanted to see Iceland, but no idea where to start. Found Grace Ratliff. Her reviews can't touch how wonderful she is. I'm indecisive as heck, we had 6 days for vacation, and a budget. Grace and I worked back and forth. She provided the information needed and guidance, because she's been to Iceland! And gave encouragement that we could do a self driving tour. It was perfect. We went inside a volcano, climbed a glacier, rode horses, soaked in a "hot pot". Ate one of the best meals of our lives at the Bistro at Magma Hotel. Get the lamb. Magma also was my favorite place we stayed.
My teens rode electric scooters for hours in Reykjavik, while my husband and I strolled the city on foot. We felt safe, full of delicious food and fantastic Icelandic beer. We had an adventure and our eyes had taken in so much beauty, that mine overflowed with tears the day we had to leave.

NYC at Christmas time

A family member referred Grace when I first talking about going to NYC for Christmas time. Grace very attentive and gathered all necessary in what I was looking for and got to work to find me a hotel. The hotel was better than what I was expecting and was also able to get me great rates. Our best trip so far!

Grace provided exceptional service for our trip to Dubrovnik and Athens. Although she had excursion suggestions, she was very willing to work with us on individual plans. She recommended an excellent driver for an all day (a very long day) trip. She was also flexible with the trip to Athens. We had to make separate plans for a business trip but Grace helped adjust our dates and reduce the airfare for that leg of the trip.
To top it off, weather cancelled the first leg of our trip and the airline could not help us reschedule. Grace was available on that Saturday, first to try to get us out that night, and then to ultimately recreate the first leg of the trip on the next day. She did this such grace (no pun intended) and professionalism and ignored my anxiety to get us on our way.
We will make another trip to Croatia and will definitely call Grace again!

We did German Christmas Markets in early December. This is the 4th trip in two years that Grace has designed for us and she never disappoints! All was as planned and went smoothly. Great hotels in perfect locations.

Decided to use a travel agent. Lot of work involved. Found Grace. Best decisions that I made. She made all arrangements, plane, hotels, and train, checking in with us all through the process. Due to my error she accepted the extra work without complaint. Great lady. Happy I found her
