I booked a trip for 13 people and Haley made it such a smooth process! She helped me coordinate with the hotel to ensure I had the essentials(crib, sterilizer, bottle warmer, high chair) for my two kids under 2! In addition she also helped me find resource to book family photos! We had a great time and would totally do it again!

Haley was absolutely amazing while planning our trip to Jamaica in October 2025! She took care of nearly everything for us. Not only did she handle booking along with informing and signing us up for club Mombay to make entering/exiting the country easy and seamlessly, she went above and beyond that as well! She arranged calls with us to ensure we understood every step of the process. Haley also sent us a checklist of items to consider packing to make our trip as successful as possible. We were fortunate that we were traveling around the same time and she facilitated amazing dinner reservations, excursions and group activities. Jamaica was paradise but somehow, Haley made paradise even better with her commitment to excellence. Thanks to Haley we have already booked another Sandals trip and she is proving to be equally amazing by answering all of our questions and guiding us with her expertise!

It was an absolute amazing time working with Haley, she was responsive from first contact to the end of the trip, she was on top of the flights and delays that happened. We would recommend her and the travel group 110% she had great advice for our trip and very knowledgeable about everything we had questions on.

I would 100% recommend the intercontinental resort in Fiji to anyone. The beach here was amazing and we were told by locals one of the nicest beaches on the island and it was not crowded at all. The whole resort was giant, so it was never crowded anywhere. They had an adults only pool, a club access pool, a private in room pool, and a kid friendly pool. Never had any issues finding lounge chairs or a place to relax. Another amazing part of this trip was the club lounge access. It was almost another resort inside the resort. It had its own pool, restaurant, and lobby. The breakfast at the lounge was included and much better than the normal breakfast. The lounge also had a “high tea” from 2pm-4pm that was free beverages and a small lunch and desert. Lounge also had a happy hour from 5pm-6pm. Free alcohol drinks and small dinner. Lounge is 100% worth the upgrade. Golf course is also incredible. Flights were long but worth it and well organized. 10/10 recommend.

Unico had a very welcoming atmosphere, your greeted with a cold towel with essential oils on it! So nice because it was HOT! They have you sit in the lobby to go over the map of the resort and etc! They will walk you to your room! Then the fun began! All the restaurants were fantastic!!! Definitely recommend making reservations for all your days when you check into the resort! It was nice relaxing it was more relaxing than an upbeat vibe! Haley did fantastic making sure we were taken care every step of the way she goes above and beyond!!

Haley helped us book two trips - one in Jamaica and one in Punta Cana. She has been watching everything. Prices of transportation, prices of rooms, activities, things for the kids and without. She noticed that transportation was half the cost of normal and added it to our itinerary. She's so full service, I'd take her with me! You won't regret working with her. We even referred our friends.

We rarely have a weekend that just the two of us can get together and get away, but one popped up with very short notice, so I messaged Hailey without many ideas and she was very creative and sent multiple options over. We picked one and went for it and ended up in Fredricksberg Texas. It was a great short trip.
