Our whole trip went smooth from the start of booking till pulling back in our driveway! Highly recommend Marisa!

This was our family's first time ever using a travel agent. I had always booked everything for our family for all of our previous trips, but a close friend recommended Marisa and with how extra busy our lives are this year, I thought "What do we have to lose?" We had everything to gain, Marisa was patient with us while we went through the deciding phase of where to go, so much back and forth and lots of ideas being tossed around, never once was she put out or annoyed. She took all of our wishes for what we were looking for (including the wishes of two teens and a pre-teen) into account on her suggestions and offers. From the time we booked to the time we arrived back home she took care of every detail and was checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were having a good time. She even sent us a package of goodies for our trip before hand! I don't know if I can go back to planning my own trips now! Ha! Highly recommend, it truly takes so much stress out of planning and doing all the research. I can't speak highly enough of our experience!

Marisa was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish! She was incredibly informative, detail oriented, patient, and attentive throughout the entire planning process. Planning a trip can feel overwhelming with so many options (especially a honeymoon and planning a wedding) but she made everything so easy and stress-free. She took the time to help us narrow down destinations based on exactly what we were looking for and ultimately helped us find the perfect resort for our trip. Marisa consistently kept us informed with important updates, upcoming resort information, travel details, and recommendations, which made us feel very prepared and confident leading up to our trip. She was always easily accessible, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions we had along the way. We are so thankful for all of her help and would highly recommend her to anyone planning any trip! We couldn’t have done it without her!

Marisa was so awesome to work with - not only did she give us wonderful suggestions, but she was really quick to reply to any question you had during the planning process. Every step of the way she made sure we were getting the ultimate Disney experience once we arrived, and once we got there everything was set up just as we requested. She even sent us several goodie bags to our home before we left. Once had some very nice treats, and the other had stuff we might need once we got to the park. Can't say enough about how great it was to work with her. Everything she did for us really paid off for a memorable family trip - highly recommend! Thanks Marisa !!

Marisa is the absolute best! Extremely responsive to any and all of our questions. She booked everything for us and lead to a seamless trip. She hit every detail and has a ton of experience navigating the parks, the lightening lanes and all of the restaurants. I wouldn't go back to Disney without Marisa's help and expertise. I would recommend her to all of our friends and anyone else who wants to have a fantastic Disney experience!
