Our granddaughter had absolutely no idea we would be celebrating her birthday at Disney until she walked into the Grand Floridian hotel room and saw her name and a big Happy Birthday on the TV screen. She was speechless!! We had a great visit to Magic Kingdom and are already talking about going again when we have time to visit more parks. Marisa went out of her way to ensure our trip was seamless, from booking the hotels, car rental, tickets and passes to especially communicating everything in a way that I could follow and helped me to easily stay abreast of all that was planned. She planned an unforgettable trip for me and five of my friends to Mexico to celebrate our 40th birthdays at Secrets Moxché. From start to finish, her communication was amazing. The entire trip went off without a hitch, and we were able to just relax and enjoy every moment. We loved it so much that several of the girls are already planning family vacations through her! Marisa made the travel process very simple from planning through being there to answer questions during our trip. We had multiple parties with us and changes were made multiple times during planning. We had the best time with our kids at the Dreams Onyx resort in Punta Cana. The resort was super kid friendly the staff was great and my kids loved every minute of it. What really made this trip great was Marisa. She was super helpful even while we were away. She was patient and kind while planning the trip. Once everything was booked she was incredibly informative and helpful with all the details and tips on traveling out of the country with kids. We recently got back from a 6 day trip to Punta Cana where we stayed at the hard rock resort and casino! Marisa was our agent through our planning and traveling process and she was amazing! Every question I had she answered and if she didn’t know it off hand- she found out immediately! She was re-assuring and on top of things and I would definitely recommend her! She was very sweet in gifting us items we absolutely used for our trip that I wouldn’t have thought of! I appreciated all of her help!

Marisa is amazing! My husband and I decided at the last minute to take a trip for our anniversary to Disney that could also be a "research" trip for a future vacation when we would take our whole family. I had always thought of Disney as intimidating because of all of the advanced planning for dinner reservations and pressure for booking rides and I just didn't know how to do it.
