My travels began before my 1st birthday and I've carried a passport ever since! I've lived in three different countries, in three different states and regions of the United States (West Coast, SouthWest Rocky Mountains, and New England), and I am PASSIONATE about travel. Crafting the perfect itinerary gives me the greatest joy.

My childhood summers were spent with my Italian family in the hills of Northern Italy, I globe-trotted with my parents all over the Pacific Rim and Australia, and the adventures have continued with my husband of 25+ years. Some of our favorite destinations include London, Yorkshire, Paris, Monaco, all over Italy, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, and of course, the amazing islands of Hawaii. When we travel, we dive deep into the local cuisine and include wine tasting when possible. Visiting Art museums and places of historical significance is our way of "time-traveling". Some of our best days have been spent off the beaten path, enjoying authentic local experiences, and stumbling into unexpected discoveries. We call those "happy accidents". 

In addition to English, I speak Italian fluently and French decently, and I pride myself in being able to communicate effectively with anyone regardless of background or culture. Every booking begins with extensive research and identifying the needs and wishes of my clients. How do they want to spend their time? What are they hoping to enjoy? What is flexible and what is non-negotiable? It's all about the client, not my personal viewpoint. I will always advise but I will always yield to the client's preference.

Continuing education is a priority for me. The travel industry is continually shifting so it's my responsibility to stay current. I am a Viking Certified Expert, having earned 4 certifications with Viking which are Viking Fundamentals, River, Ocean, & Expedition Cruises. I have also completed the Disney College of Knowledge and hold 6 certifications for Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World, Aulani Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and National Geographic Expeditions. I have completed the Globus Family of Brand Certification which includes Avalon Waterways, and I have completed the Marriott Hotel Excellence Course. I am an IATAN card-holder and carry a CLIA Embarc ID card, taking advantage of Cruise Industry training whenever possible.
