Everything about our Disney Magic cruise was incredible! The food was excellent, the staff was accommodating, and the activities were non-stop! Extraordinary support and guidance
I recently took a quick one day adventure to Walt Disney World from NY (crazy, I know!) and Kristine came through big time for me! She helped me navigate Genie+ which I had never used before and she secured me lightning lanes at the Magic Kingdom while I was on my flight and unable to reserve them at 7 am. She was prompt with her responses and her communication was extraordinary. While I consider myself a Disney Adult (30+ visits) it's nice to have someone to go to for support and guidance with all the different options now. Kristine will be my go-to for my next BIG trip. Highly Recommend! 10/10
