Viktoriya helped us arrange one of the best winter wonderland trips we've ever had!
The planning and booking was taken care of early, the payment options were made in installments over 6 months, which was convenient and affordable for a family budget.
Viktoriya advised on the best option for us, shared her knowledge of the dates, resorts and flights based on our preferences, provided the details on a particular stay, and led the way to complete the booking.
We received timely reminders and updates on the payments due, flights and transfers scheduled, and were provided with all the information needed for the trip, including insurance coverage options, transfers, early room availability, meet ups with the rest of the group (there were several families) and every little detail you could think of!
I am super grateful for Viktoriya's warm personality, professional approach, and continuous involvement during the planning and booking. The trip was amazing, as promised! Unforgettable Ski Getaway at Club Med Grand Massif

I recently enjoyed an incredible ski trip to Club Med Grand Massif, France. The location was breathtaking, with excellent slopes and a vibrant atmosphere.
The food was fantastic, and the vibe was lively and fun, with lots of dancing and laughter.
A big shoutout to Victoria, who organized everything and made it such an easy and fun experience. Overall, it was an amazing experience that I highly recommend!

Viktoriya is very professional, very tentative and knowledgeable person. She explained every detail, answer thousands of questions and accommodated each member of our family. She went above and beyond!
Viktoriya was checking up on us during our vacation!!! It says a lot about caring and professionalism.
When we were not sure if we would like to pay for the indoor garage or park for free at outdoor parking lot she provided all pros and cons and gave us time to decide. At the end, she even got us the indoor parking spot for free!!!
