Memorable time in Costa Rica
Reviewed By Coco Rico - Westin Reserva Conchal Santa Cruz | Traveled to Costa Rica | Central America
Beautiful resort with superb amenities, and kind and attentive service. Next time we would go longer as we didn’t have enough time to both relax and enjoy the excursions and onsite offerings within the week. Restaurants and shuttle service around resort were perfect. We savoured two hour meals every night, enjoyed cultural entertainment in the evenings and if we were tired, hopped on the mini shuttle back to our Westin Club Tower. Woke up to howler monkeys in the morning and enjoyed exclusive access to Mediterranean restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and beautiful pool with poolside service. On site educational opportunities were also a plus - coffee, rum and chocolate tastings, cocktail making, guided trail walks and bike tours to learn about local flora and fauna. I plan to return and I’m not normally one for all inclusive holidays. Thank you Catherine for researching, recommending and ultimately planning this trip for us.

Four week tour of North Island New Zealand. Catherine talked to us about our interests, proposed a full package, adjusted as we learned more. By the time we landed everything was tied up A to Z and went off without a hitch. Peace of mind is priceless when you are looking to experience a new culture/city/attraction and not be mired in logistics. Plus she is very pleasant, did extensive research, and we followed her advice. Highly recommend.

Christmas Market trip
Reviewed By MC1961 - Ottawa, Ontario | Traveled to Vienna | Austria | Europe
Recently came back from Vienna and Budapest to visit both cities' Christmas Markets. Catherine selected wonderful hotels for our stays that were close to many markets and tourist sites. She planned a well curated itinerary for the trip including reserving tickets for the Upper Belvedere museum in Vienna, Hungarian Parliament and a Spa day at Rudas in Budapest. She took care of all transportation throughout the trip, and walked through the itinerary with us before the trip. I would recommend Catherine to anyone needing a great travel agent.

Catherine made the planning and booking process seamless and met with us to do a final review of all the arrangements made so there were no surprises. She was very accessible and always able to address any questions or concerns as they arose. We would not hesitate to recommend Catherine when booking your next adventure.

Amazing family vacation to Europe
Reviewed By Pierre Simone - Ottawa, Canada | Traveled to Europe
Catherine was fantastic to work with to plan our first family European vacation. We had an ambitious itinerary, visiting 4 countries in 2 weeks. Catherine discussed best logistics options to get from one country to another, booked hotels that were well located for the activities we had planned, and ensured that we had boxed breakfast ready for us on early departure days. She took the time to meet with us a week before the trip to go over the entire itinerary and responded to all of our questions to ensure a smooth trip. We look forward to working with Catherine again!

Our Tour guy was very knowledgeable. His name was Gordon and the bus driver was Kearen. Hotels were top notch. Food was plentiful and delicious. We had plenty of breaks on the bus every day. The history was always on Gordon’s agenda. The scenery was unbelievable from the bus window to getting out of the bus and going exploring. Always something new to be seen. We will never forget the tour dinner we had at a farmhouse in Killarney National Park was so much fun. We had the best group of people on our tour bus from all over Canada. We were really quite the mixed bag of nuts. Everyone really had fun and so much enjoyment. Cannot say enough positive things about the 15 days we were there. It was just spectacular. Enjoyed every minute.

Australian Trip with a stop in Tahiti
Reviewed By Josie Singh - Toronto | Traveled to Australia & New Zealand
We engaged Catherine in the early planning stage of our trip and she was patient and full of ideas as we shifted and changed our plans several times.
We landed on a stop in Tahiti on our way to Australia. She investigated different island and resort options based on our asks (like good snorkeling and quiet resort) and provided options. She organized and arranged all the flights, transfers (road and ferries) and hotel accommodation (even boxed breakfasts on the days where we had to leave before the restaurant any was open).
We were staying with friends in Australia and didn’t need hotel help for this portion of the trip. That is not to say we let her off the hook here. Her support with flights, visas, meal requests and seat bookings was incredible.
During planning, we had many conversations where she took notes and followed up by email for our review and approval.
I felt heard and was impressed by her attention to the details and ability to stay organized and on-top of the current
