Memorable time in Costa Rica

Beautiful resort with superb amenities, and kind and attentive service. Next time we would go longer as we didn’t have enough time to both relax and enjoy the excursions and onsite offerings within the week. Restaurants and shuttle service around resort were perfect. We savoured two hour meals every night, enjoyed cultural entertainment in the evenings and if we were tired, hopped on the mini shuttle back to our Westin Club Tower. Woke up to howler monkeys in the morning and enjoyed exclusive access to Mediterranean restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and beautiful pool with poolside service. On site educational opportunities were also a plus - coffee, rum and chocolate tastings, cocktail making, guided trail walks and bike tours to learn about local flora and fauna. I plan to return and I’m not normally one for all inclusive holidays. Thank you Catherine for researching, recommending and ultimately planning this trip for us.

Four week tour of North Island New Zealand. Catherine talked to us about our interests, proposed a full package, adjusted as we learned more. By the time we landed everything was tied up A to Z and went off without a hitch. Peace of mind is priceless when you are looking to experience a new culture/city/attraction and not be mired in logistics. Catherine was an integral part of helping us plan a family trip to Italy. We were travelling with 4 children ranging in ages 12-16 so finding appropriate accommodations and flights as well as seamless ground transportation was paramount. Amazing family vacation to Europe

Catherine was fantastic to work with to plan our first family European vacation. We had an ambitious itinerary, visiting 4 countries in 2 weeks. Catherine discussed best logistics options to get from one country to another, booked hotels that were well located for the activities we had planned, and ensured that we had boxed breakfast ready for us on early departure days. Our Tour guy was very knowledgeable. His name was Gordon and the bus driver was Kearen. Hotels were top notch. Food was plentiful and delicious. We had plenty of breaks on the bus every day. The history was always on Gordon’s agenda. The scenery was unbelievable from the bus window to getting out of the bus and going exploring. Always something new to be seen. We will never forget the tour dinner we had at a farmhouse in Killarney National Park was so much fun. We had the best group of people on our tour bus from all over Canada. We were really quite the mixed bag of nuts. Everyone really had fun and so much enjoyment. Cannot say enough positive things about the 15 days we were there. It was just spectacular. Enjoyed every minute.

Australian Trip with a stop in Tahiti

We engaged Catherine in the early planning stage of our trip and she was patient and full of ideas as we shifted and changed our plans several times.
We landed on a stop in Tahiti on our way to Australia. She investigated different island and resort options based on our asks (like good snorkeling and quiet resort) and provided options. She organized and arranged all the flights, transfers (road and ferries) and hotel accommodation (even boxed breakfasts on the days where we had to leave before the restaurant any was open).
We were staying with friends in Australia and didn’t need hotel help for this portion of the trip. That is not to say we let her off the hook here. Her support with flights, visas, meal requests and seat bookings was incredible.
During planning, we had many conversations where she took notes and followed up by email for our review and approval.
I felt heard and was impressed by her attention to the details and ability to stay organized and on-top of the current
