We asked Karyn to plan a vacation for our family of 4 to Austria & Munich last year for Oktoberfest. Every detail was perfect—from where we stayed, to the tours planned, etc. She was so patient with any change requests we had and the vacation was one of the best of our lives. Highly recommend! From the inception of the idea to travel to an island, Karyn could not have been more helpful. She helped us narrow down the right spot for our family, and then the right resort that worked for us. We spent a week in beautiful rooms, enjoying delicious food, and relaxing along the shores of the Caribbean. I initially reached out to Karyn because I knew her and her business. As we work together to create this trip, she needed to work more with my mom than me. She was patient supportive and kind as she guided my mom through the process. My kids and I took a trip to Ireland this summer and Karyn planned and arranged the entire trip for us! I gave her some points of interests that we wanted to see and she based the entire trip around those areas. Everything was planned out for us including all of the train travels between cities. The entire trip panned out as planned, it was perfect!! The excursions were great, the hotels were wonderful and right in the heart of the charming towns, which made everything easy as we walked out from our hotel and we were right where we wanted to be!! Karyn was available every time I reached out to her with any questions prior to the trip and she really did everything we had asked her to do and then some!
