Hello! I'm Julie Boomsma, an avid traveler, explorer, and travel enthusiast who shares a deep love for discovering the world's hidden treasures. Travel has been a part of my whole life thanks to my parents. As a family, we travelled all over the US as Europe together. Their passion to see the world has rubbed off on me giving me a joy for the journey and adventures that each destination provide. Today, I  get to share that passion with my own family and friends. I homeschool my kids as well, and I have loved being able to take my kids to so many of the places that they have learned about making their studies come alive!

Some of my favorite destinations to visit are in Europe.  Having travelled to Europe 6 times to 17 different countries. I have come to love the charm, history, food, and culture that all of Europe has to offer.  Whether it has been traveling with a tour group or doing my own personalized adventures, Europe always leaves me wishing I had more time to spend there and wanting to come back as soon as possible. 

My family and I also love to travel to Mexico and the Caribbean.  Whether it be to an all-inclusive or on a cruise, we love the turquoise waters, sugar sand beaches, and island vibes.  My kids love the opportunity to just slow down and make memories together for a week. We usually start planning on next vacation as soon as we get home!
